Practise

The next stage in our progression is a simple one we have learnt about the different aspects to communication with spirit but we have not touched upon the need for practise. So we now require you to set yourself targets the first should be trying to see how much you feel spirit. As we discussed earlier in the course by feel we mean sensing spirit. Many people find these exercises difficult at first but they do get easier the more you practise

The exercise

Now we go into our meditation area and ensure we will not be disturbed. We then allow ourselves the freedom to go out of ourselves by sensing the outside world. Try to explore your surroundings by sensing them see what they feel like sense this world of yours and learn how much is familiar to you because you use your feelings to know them. You know the feeling of your room, you know the feeling of your room when you meditate, you know the feeling of your room when it has been disturbed. Sense it now, feel the colours of the room, each one has a different feeling. It may be a slight difference but you should be able to sense the feeling of those slight changes in vibration

Now what has happened so far is you have quite naturally extended your aura to sense then room. Now we will give you an exercise to extend you aura consciously. Just close your eyes and think of a colour, imagine that colour as a ball of light, with you mind place that ball of light inside of you near to your solar plexus. Now imagine that ball of colour growing inside of you spreading its rays of light throughout your body feel its healing power as it reaches the tips of your toes and the ends of your fingers. Imagine it now going out through your crown chakra and surrounding your body on the outside, imagine it extending to fill the room with its colour and light

. Try to sense your room now but this time try to feel the presence of a loved one, someone you know really well so you can tell who it is. Feel who is in the room with you from the world of spirit. Be careful do not let wishful thinking cloud your reason. Do not try to imagine someone there just allow your imagination to roam the room and sense who is really there.
