Each one of us has a Guide and a myriad of helpers. It is rather like a school you have the Head Teacher, The Guide who oversees everything and ensures the right path is being followed. Then you have the specialist in their subjects., The teachers who bring things to you that you need to progress.
You must realise that your Guide has Sacrificed its own development for your benefit and the benefit of this planet. The Guide could have chosen to go on in Spirit and experienced new things or the Guide may well have cloaked much of its learning to be able to travel to the physical plain and be recognised.
The Guide's job is to ensure that all those that come to help and teach you are working in the same direction. It is important that in teaching their subject a helper does not do it in such a way that it effects another part of the work adversely. The Guide also tries to ensure that you understand the teaching that is brought to you and if you do not it will be repeated in a different way until you can fully grasp what is meant by the lesson. This can make development seem very slow.
The helper has to ensure that the individual is a suitable candidate for that particular lesson. However good the Teacher if the person is not ready for a certain lesson, then it will not be learnt properly. Once suitability has been agreed then the helper can proceed with the lesson.
