We start our development by learning various things in sequence. We have found our start and fall back point which is; we are part of all that there is. Now we need our signposts so we can travel in the right direction. The first point to note is that we are all psychic. Some people had this ability enhanced when they were children while most people had it suppressed by parents who did not know that this ability is essential for our well-being. What is a psychic ability? We all have an essence, a Spirit, a Soul, call it what you will but it is that special something that drives us on keeps us going, it's our conscience. We shall call it Spirit.
Well this Spirit has the ability to communicate with people who are in the physical on a spirit-to-spirit level. Sometimes you may be thinking of someone and they ring you or you may know who is on the phone when it rings, you may suddenly feel sad when someone walks in the room. These are instances when your spirit is telling you that someone else is talking to you from their spirit. Your Brain gets given this information and puts it into a form you understand. A medium communicates on a from spirit, through spirit, to spirit basis, this is a spirit being communicating with a person on earth via a medium. The difference is that while all are psychic not all can be mediums
Why would we try to put you off, well as we have said the road is hard and not all will last the distance, so if you are not willing to totally dedicate yourself to this work then you will not succeed. Oh! do not misunderstand success is what happens inside you, not the physical world. Are you willing to put in one hundred percent? Are you willing to turn out when the snow is pilling up against you front door and the fire beckons?. Are you willing to spend a lifetime trying to improve what you do? Are you willing to put up with your friends thinking you've gone off your rocker? Are you willing to listen to people put you down as a crank? Are you willing to be shunned by others in your community? All these things can happen.
People hold strange views, they will say they believe that when we die we eventually sit with God but you are nuts for believing in life after death? You will be accused of doing the devils work and it is demons that lead you astray? I have never have believed in a demon myself but I did not think they tried to help people? These are just a few of the things that can happen along the pathway. So you have to be tough mentally and have a strong spiritual link to get through your journey.
