When Spirit communicate with us they give us much information very quickly. Far quicker the you can relay the information to someone else. So you have to learn to recall the information. We were given this exercise to help train our brain to recall the things spirit show us. Look in a shop window for a few seconds say five, then look away and see how many items you can remember. If your sight is not that good, get a sighted friend or colleague to tell you what some of the items are and try to remember them in the order they gave
Meditation is where you learn. When you read these pages the knowledge you see is borrowed from Susan and I, it is from our point of view, our learning. When you meditate you gain your own truth your own knowledge. If you follow the teachings of Jesus, Buddha, Krishna or the Gita. You are not living your life. You must find your knowledge, your truth, and intelligent people know that can only be done through Meditation and living life. You will make many mistakes go down many wrong alleys but remember you only ever fail if you do not try or you give up, all other scenarios are successful.
The scriptures, whichever set appeals to you, are merely maps or pointers to enable you to learn for yourself. For instance do you believe in God or do you know God. If you read or heard about God, they gave you a pointer to believing in God. If you know God through meditation then God becomes a truth a fact no longer just belief. You know the truth, it is emblazoned inside of you and nothing can take that knowledge from you. Belief on the other hand is often tested and often lost. These of course are my opinions you might disagree or know differently.
