Welcome to A Gentle Touch. This site is here to dispel some of the mystery surrounding mediumship and enable people to take the first steps towards becoming a Medium. Our aim is to show you how to learn from your own spirit. Much of what follows comes from my Spirit and we hope this will encourage you to allow your spirit to come forward to teach you.
Although we are dealing with a serious subject, education and learning can be fun and we hope to enjoy ourselves as we unveil the mysteries or not so mysterious life of Spirit. The major journey into the world of spirit will not begin until you have enrolled as a Gentle Touch Member.
To learn to communicate properly with spirit requires hard work, dedication and a solid base in these pages you will be told how it is, working with spirit is wonderful but it can be tough. You need to be sure of who you are and why you do what you do. Do not embark on this journey without deep thought and obtaining knowledge of what you are about to do. If you are in a position to, talk to those who have become psychics, mediums and those who you regard as spiritual, talk to those who decided it was not right for them, above all make your own decision if it is right for you or not.
When we talk about the basics it is important that you acquire an emotional balance that stops you from being pushed hither and thither. As you develop you will become very sensitive to the emotion of others around you, if you have a good emotional balance it is much easier to spot that a feeling you have is not yours, you are sensing someone around you who feels that way. You may, as you develop, become more sensitive to light, crowds, sound, touch and smell. You may find it difficult to go into crowded places such as supermarkets, you may find loud music a pain, or not like bright lights such as stage lighting. As you develop further you will learn to bring these feelings and emotions under control and life will become normal again.
Your Mediums are Susan and James Summers who have been training since the early 1980's. They run a Spiritualist Centre and have been involved in training through Spiritualist churches and Home Circles for over 25 years, They do have an online presence for training purposes details of which can be found in the members only section. They also run a healing group and run healing courses.
